Personal Life

Coach Garza and his wife, Nicole, moved to Cottage Grove in 2005. They have 3 boys and recently became guardians of their twin niece and nephew. In his spare time, Coach Garza enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He enjoys being a part of the Cottage Grove community and teaching the youth about the benefits of hard work, integrity, and teamwork. He has been coaching the youth in Cottage Grove for more than 15 years in multiple sports. In addition to football, he is the JV Baseball Head Coach at CGHS and coaches basketball at Lincoln MS.
